Great 4th of July Weekend!

What a great weekend Ron and I had!
We went to Atlanta to see our youngest son, Nate, and family. We celebrated Aaron’s 3rd birthday with lots of Joanna’s family. It was a blast! We went to one of our favorite flea markets which is an international market that we like to get to whenever we’re in town and stock up on some of the things we can’t get here and/or are cheaper there to purchase. It is so much fun seeing what many of the other cultures eat, and sometimes we’re brave enough to taste! The guys went target shooting at this big farm near Maysville, Georgia. I went to see the free horses running around. The owners of the farm had four until another one just showed up out of nowhere a few weeks back. Two of them love to be petted. There was a nipper though that gave me a heck of a hickey on my left arm, then went for Ron’s watch!. What shocked me, was about an hour into the guys target shooting, the 5 horses came to where we were, lined up perfectly on the right of us, stood there and watched the action. The noise didn’t seem to disturb them at all!
It was just a wonderful weekend. Pictures will follow today or tomorrow.
The kids and the grandkids are great! We had such a good time with everyone!
It is a shame they are so close, but far enough that we can’t see each other often enough. Thanks G-d for SKYPE!
